Lucky Frog?

Ok so the other day I ot a lucky frog I had no idea there was such a thing in the game.So I'm wondering is this some super rare item or am i just totally ignorant, and it's not rare at all?

i have one too.. i guess lucky cats are better.. but no the frog isn't really doing anything i believe cuz i'm not that luckier since it's been in my house
