Buying Lots and lots of Bush Starts and Saplings!

So I have the entire top half of my town covered in paths dictating where I plan to put my trees and bush starts... But I have none. And my Leif store is still the most basic one. ; n ;

I'm not rich so I don't have a lot of money for the items. I can try selling my TBT but for now.. I'm working with roughly 75k. Can anyone help me out with reasonable prices? Thanks!
