I just found a lost item on the floor.. has anyone else found one of these?
says i need to return it to the owner.. hopefully this means someone will request a police station

I've found a couple of them, you just have to go around asking all of your neighbors if they lost it. Eventually someone will claim it

Yup the decision is permanent. If you choose modern you get Cooper.. old fashioned you get Booker
