Lost A Favorite/Dreamie // 16 Villager Cycle

I'M SO SAD...... I accidentally lost Lucky (he never told me he was leaving, and we were pretty good friends??), and he's my all time favorite villager...... He's not part of my 16 villager cycle (I got him from a friend, who had him in his campsite), so would I possibly be able to move him back in from a different town, or would I have to get his amiibo card to move him back in???...

His amiibo card is also like $40 on Amazon which is crazy. He's one of my favorite villagers which sucks. Luckily most of my favorite villagers are not too popular lol. I like Kid Cat, Puck, Kitty, Peewee and Lucky the most.

Yep it's crazy.. The less popular ones are like $5, I bought Peewee for that much because he's one of my favorite villagers. Puck is my absolute favorite though and I can't find his amiibo anywhere, so I'm super worried he might move out.


Lucky was in my original gamecube town and I fell in love with him, I actually bought 2 of the series 4 amiibo as well hoping to get him. I bought them an hour apart yet they arrive on different days. The first arrived today and I got Isabelle, Rocco, Pinky, Purrl, Twiggy and Frobert but no Lucky. That's okay though cause I like Pinky and Twiggy, and Purrl seems cute.


The next packs arrive tomorrow so I hope I get Lucky lol, even though I probably shouldn't move him in since I already have 3 lazy villagers, Puck, Stitches, and Chester.

If you can't get him from someone on this forum then try eBay, I just googled him and there were several offers for 16 or 17 dollars free shipping but I don't know if you're in the US... I've ordered all of my cards from people on eBay and have no complaints. And I'd also like to say I'm sorry for your loss, it's a game but it still breaks your heart nonetheless.

But... if he's in your void can he be picked up by a friend??? Then just move him BACK so he'd still be YOUR Lucky... I don't know know how it works so maybe not...

Nope.

You get them back with a clean slate.

No memories at all.

Unless someone has adopted your villager, and you've gone through the cycle, and are able to adopt them back, then they will remember you.
