He is due to leave on June 1st, but I will TT him out sooner if somebody offers me my last dreamie.

Lopez is one of my town's original villagers, so he is quite old. He's obviously unoriginal and therefore completely free.

He is the very last villager in my town that needs to move out. I need to replace him with Coco, otherwise I'll have to keep him because it'll be next to impossible to get my next 10th villager to move out for Coco.

Would anybody like him despite his unoriginality (if I manage to find Coco)?

I might just risk having a 10th villager move in and get rid of Lopez now. And hopefully nobody moves in so I can do the camping villager reset for Coco. When would you be available to pick him up? All I ask is that you clear your void before you come over.
