Well, he's Tier 3, technical conversion from IGB to TBT would be 1 - 2mil to 10 - 20tbt. In my cycle thread though, I had Tier 3's at around 50 - 75tbt depending on ranking in the tier. So would you take 100tbt for him? o .o
