I got this amazing idea from LunaLight, who wanted to visit towns in those months so she could get the rest of the bugs and fish she needs! Looking to visit towns in these months:

Spoiler: Towns In These Months I Need

House Centipede: August to November: 7pm-8am (When I hit the rocks, after I hit them I'll tell you to save and continue so they will respawn)
Horsehair Crab: November to April: All Day
Flatworm: July to September 15th: 4pm-9am
Sweet Shrimp: September 16th to February: 4pm-9am
Spiny Lobster: September 16th to December: 9pm-4am
Red King Crab: November to March: All Day
Spider Crab: March to April: All Day
Horseshoe Crab: July to September: 9pm-4am

My town is in October right now. Sadly the rafflesia won't attract flies when the gates are open. Candy might work though.
