After having to sell my 3DS along with ACNL when I was broke in first year of uni, my boyfriend bought me a new console and game for Christmas!

I've just started over so looking for the fruits I still need.

Happy to come to your town or you can visit mine! Just after some apples and cherries.

it might be because I'm in student halls and trying to connect via a hotspot to my MacBook which is plugged into the Ethernet... not sure if it's gonna work lol

Parental controls?

After an update once, I had to turn them off - for some weird reason, they were turned on default.

Frustrating, though, no doubt.

I will have yr fruits held for you, but have to jump online for work ina sec.

I tried parental controls but it's not that. Having a quick Google and seems like a pretty common problem, probably just because the uni Internet is awful.

i've never heard of that before so had to do a quick google, but yeah it should be fine! i've only recently restarted my town on the 1st so don't worry about it c: my gates are open ~
