I am only interested in buying for bells (a lot of bells however) since one of my villagers moved out and I need to add a 10th one so I thought why not get one that I really like.

As far as i'm aware there's no way of making a villager move, it's entirely random. I have Olivia but she hasn't approached me about moving yet :/
