Buying Looking for towns that have the GracieGrace shop in them.

I'm hoping to find a few wishlist items from Gracie, since she doesn't seem to want to "grace" me with her presence in my town. I've passed one of her fashion checks, and she hasn't shown up since. I just want some of the Gracie items, and I've really had a hard time finding people that will sell the items themselves at reasonable prices... So I'm hoping to find people with her store, so that I can shop for things myself.
Is anyone willing to help me out, or help me find some of my wishlist items?
I can't remember a lot of names of items, but I know for sure that I want the flashy hairpin, and white lace skirt. Definitely more than just that, but still. I'd really appreciate the help!

I don't have an entire wishlist typed up yet. I know most of the items by sight, and not by name. They're purely aesthetic, and it makes me so mad that so many people will buy something from somwhere, and then sell it on forums for like 400x the actual price. I don't have hardly any money left at all. Still running on empty with around 75k left to my name. Bank is empty. I've been trying to upgrade my town as much as possible, but I just can't seem to make money. I am so terrible at it.
I know that I want a lot of accessories, hats, shoes, and bottoms. Not so sure which tops and dresses I wanted. I'd know if I saw them. I'm so terrible at remembering names of things. ; ;
