Looking for town with an open store

I reset my game because I hated my island layout. but I can't go any further in anything because I don't have a shovel, and my store is closed.

Also, if you have a boat, I would like to come and play so I can get that wet suit.

You reset because you didn't like your island layout...... LOOOOOOL what?! Layout? You know you can cut things down and replant as you like on the island. I just.. Lol this baffles me. Resetting at least 3-4 days for this..
