Buying Looking for someone to hold a small amount of things for me while I reset second town

I've decided in my second town that I don't like my face, and I'm prettty unhappy w/ the villagers that moved in.
So,
Can I use someone's beach to drop down the 500k and 2 blue roses I have?
In return, I will give you some money or hybrids from my main town!
I will only need the stuff held for a short time while I reset (just gonna try and find a couple cute starter villagers and that's it)
