Looking for someone overseas (not USA) to help with something pokemon x/y related.

Okay I am working on making the perfect Gengar since I beat the game and have nothing better to do. I currently have a bunch of timid gastlys and a buncha eggs that are timid gastlys!

I am going to get the egg close to hatching then I want to send it to someone in another region to hatch so they can send it back. Pokemon from other regions level up WAY faster and tend to be easier to get going. In exchange I have several pokemon I've been breeding trying to get good natures that you can pick from!

I just need someone that would like to help me occasionally by setting their region so they'll level faster, and any you get form me already hatched would be the same ^.^

Once again I am located in the USA, so I need someone overseas. EUR, GER, SPN, JPN, AUS, KOR etc

Actually, traded pokemon in general level faster than pokemon with you as the OT. I don't think the region matters for boosted exp, unless they've changed that now.

Traded Pokemon from the same region gain 1.5x exp

Traded Pokemon from a different region gain 1.7x exp.
