Commissioning Looking for Simple Panel Desgin and Path Desgin

As it says in the title, lookong for some building mock ups and a nice psth desgin to go with the "spring-y" vibe I'm going for with my town. Something similar to these two desgins. (The one on the left. I wouldve used that one, but the original creator seems to have deleted it :c )

And also a path/building that would look nicely with something similar to these buildings. (Its a new cookie in Pocket Camp and I feel in love with it quickly)

Name your price and I'll pay it. I can do IGB, TBT or NMT. Even got spare materials I could give.
