Hmm. Perhaps try and open again? I'll try and spam it to see if I can eventually come over.

If the error proceeds, unfortunately you will need to edit some settings in your router manually, or contact your ISP for more information.

To explain your issue simply, your firewall tied to your router is blocking off any pier-pier communication with your console. To fix this, you will either need to solve the issue manually which requires a bit of knowledge, and connecting your router to your computer with an ethernet cable. Or, you can contact your ISP for a more smoother workaround.

Again, I can keep trying to visit your town and hope for the best. I've had this exact error in the past, and on a rare occasion it would eventually let me through. I'm still waiting by my gate for you to re-open.

Also, if you don't want to go though the trouble, that's completely understandable. I can refund you the 2 TBT bells if that's the case.
