Overall I liked your town! I can tell you've put plenty of effort into it, which is always nice to see

Here are some of my opinions! (Sorry if I offend you in any way ;-; )
Pros:
- Lots of flowers. It's hard for a town to look good when it doesn't have many flowers, because they're pretty and they fill in empty spots. So good job using lots of them.
- Well-placed PWP's. For example, I love that cute little metal bench overlooking the river by your house. I also really like the fountain in front of town hall. That's such a nice touch!
- Your house. The outside has a cute, cottagey vibe that I love! I'd suggest changing the mailbox to a log one though, I think that would fit in better. And the inside was beautiful! Very elegant :3
Cons:
- Flowers are sort of random. I like that you used a lot of them, but there aren't really many rare ones and none of them are color/species coordinated. They don't have to be rare, expensive hybrids - I once saw a town that only used white and purple flowers (common ones like white pansies, white lilies and purple violets), and that town looked
amazing. So even if you don't have the time or money for hybrids, I suggest you try to color coordinate areas of town a bit more. It looks sort of busy and clustered with the way the flowers are now.
- One random PWP. I like most of your PWP placement, but there was one that just felt strange to me: the stone tablet. I almost didn't even notice it because it's so hidden. I suggest you get rid of the tree and bushes in front of it and put some trees/bushes to the sides of it instead.
- The paths. Sorry, I know a ton of other people have already mentioned this, but I agree that they need some work. I would choose a different design. Also, there's just way too many of them to me. You probably laid the paths in the places that you walk over the most, which makes perfect sense, but it ended up looking too...pathy. In my opinion, a path should almost never be more than two wide, and a lot of yours are three. You have paths going both behind and in front of buildings, which seems excessive in my opinion. They're also very jagged in places, which I'm not a fan of. I think it looks best when there are a few straight, main paths leading around town, maybe with a few side paths leading off here and there (with the side paths being a different, more natural pattern). I also think paths look weird when they're put over the cobblestone (plaza, in front of station, etc.), and I've always thought it looks better when they just pass next to the cobblestone. (This is what I mean by pass next to it:

And that's all I have to say about that! I hope this was at least a little helpful
Also: I noticed someone else said something about adding to the beaches. I agree! I don't think it takes away from the town when the beaches are empty, but it's still nice to find some patterns or flowers or something down there. Not a big deal or anything though.
Here are a few random beach qr codes that you can consider using if you'd like:

Anyway, good luck perfecting your dream town! You're off to a great start. Have fun :3
