Hi there! Hybrid flowers can be bred by watering different combinations of flowers. For example, if you water a red tulip and a yellow tulip, you may grow an orange tulip. I'd recommend searching 'ACNL hybrid guide' to learn about all the different combinations. As for bushes, those can be purchased from Leif's shop once you start to upgrade your main street shops. My suggestion for making a decent amount of bells would be to go to the island every night and fill up a basket or two with beetles. The ones that are worth 6,000 bells and up will help you earn a lot. Good luck!
