Looking for island to come fish at to catch my last fish!

I'm looking for the Napoleanfish as it is the last fish I need! I need a northern hemisphere island with the month of July or August, or a southern hemisphere island in January or February, between the hours of 4am-9pm.

I can pay for my visit either in bells or nmt or tbt or whatever!!! Just name your price I might also have something in my catalogue you need.

I have fish bait to catch it so I don't think it would take long.
