I need help to get a perfect town.If anyone has advice of can help IN my town that'd be great.My FC is 5026-5011-3928

It's the same for every town:
Plant somewhere between 175-200 trees. It doesn't matter where you plant them (the previous AC games had an acre system and you needed a certain number of trees per acre, but that matter in New Leaf). If you talk to Isabelle and she says the town needs more trees, then plant more trees.
Plant flowers. A lot of flowers. There's no target number here, just plant a lot of them.
Keep your town clean. Pick all weeds, dig up all fossils and pitfall seeds, don't leave anything lying on the ground.
Put up Public Works Projects. Generally you need ten or more. After every public works project is completed, talk to Isabelle again and she'll tell you if the citizens want more development. If they do, you need to make another public works project.
Every day when you talk to Isabelle, she'll straight up tell you what to do to get perfect town status.

I had a perfect town thread link in my siggie before I took it down...if you really want me to help you can go to my profile and click on "Latest Started Threads." I'm sure you'll find it there if you need extra help! 
It's not just about having 10 PWPs, it's also about having the right kind of PWPs so don't bother making 5 benches because they won't help. Instead try to build the bigger projects that your villagers request, like the police station or cafe.
