Just a heads up, it's really hard to obtain another set of golden tools except for duping.
The best way to obtain it is just to ask a trusted member or friend to help you dupe. Really the only option you got.
UNLESS, someone is quitting ACNL and is giving out free tools, but there is a sour chance. You should just earn it legit, here's a link on how to obtain them.
