So I visited your town and as I am not very good at doing reviews I have just made some notes and things about my opinions on your town
Miami:
-To start off I think it would be good if you left some items by the tree as lots of people enjoy having different clothes to wear and things to play with while wondering around dream towns.
-As I was walking around I did notice a lot of items all over town, Like furniture and walls. If I was you I would just pick all these up and put them in storage or something
-Also I noticed that there were only paths in some areas, I would try to finish these paths off as I think towns look cool with finished paths.
-I liked how you have made a start placing bushes around paths, I think it would make your town look really good if you did this around more of the paths.
-You have lots of nice and cute villagers to talk to.
-There was lots of empty space that I would suggest maybe filling with PWPs or something.
-Also your current PWPs are good, You have a good range of them but I would maybe try to tie them together with a theme.
-As I was walking along your beach I noticed there is a small beach that is only accessible if you have a wet suit so I think it would be good if you left out a wet suit so people can access the beach and also do some swimming if they want to!
-I saw how you had some patterned tree stumps in the path, I think that looked quite cool and was something I haven't seen done before really.

Houses

Lucy's house was the first I visited, It was just an empty tent. This did make me think that this was probably just a new character but because you have her as a tent you could try and make the area around her a campsite area, Although this could be difficult because of space restrictions. So if not, Maybe try and think of something else to do with her house.

Levy's house was the next that I visited, I thought you had some good pieces in there but they could maybe have been tied together a bit better if you gave the rooms a theme or used more full sets? I thought the room upstairs was quite cool and could be made to look like a really cute little sewing/crafting room if you felt like it?

Lulu's house was the final house that I visited. I thought it was a cute thing to do having one of the houses as a bakery. I also thought the outdoorsy theme for it was really cool and if you got more pieces for the bakery then it would look even better.

Overall I thought Miami was a good town that has loads of potential I hope this was useful!

I'll go to yours. If you want to do mine wait until tomorrow cause I need to update it but I don't want to do that with the bug off and solstice holes. (disclaimer for when you do come: Mine isn't done I'm still breeding flowers and waiting for Freckles and Maple to move out of my sister's town and a bunch of stuff, but feel free to look around. Cat's house is underdeveloped cause I haven't gotten the exteriors and sets I want for her yet. So ignore her if you can.) I'll go to yours and edit this post.

I just did a review of what you had :3

Spoiler: Town of Miami:

• Too much trash on the ground items, weeds, buried things, fruit, dead bamboo. I think it would be best if you would clean those up a bit
• Your paths are a mess they lead to dead ends and they don’t go everywhere they feel very incomplete. Work on your paths a bit more, where you want them to go and make them a bit more even. There is random water path buy your town tree and this random black path by the cliff maybe think about removing those or if you like them put more around so they don’t look so out of place
• Your flowers are a mess they have no particular place or idea to them they are just scattered all over the place. Think about organizing them in some way maybe by color or by type
• I did like that you had signs and cutout in your town they were really cute
• All of the houses felt like you just threw random items into them they all had random non cohesive furniture in them maybe work on matching some of the rooms a bit more like in the upstairs of Levy’s house change the carpet to something else because I liked the room but the carpet was an odd fit to the room
• In Lulu’s house the furniture was really odd you had exotic pieces, rococo, lovely, green and striped furniture in it maybe think about picking one type and sticking with that like maybe use only lovely furniture in the house or a mix with lovely and green would look nice but as of right now there is too much missed matched furniture for my tastes. I did like the carpet and wall in her house.
• Lucy is still in a tent so I assume she is a new character so there is not much to review for her.
• Over I think your town could use some work, but I think it is a great start.

For your town:

First off I notice that your square isn't all the way filled in with the pattern, but I figure you've probably kicked them up to drop things and haven't redone them yet. Stuff happens. There's crap on my beach, so no judgement.

The part by your trains station that's paved looks good. I think if you continue putting your path down and everywhere you can make it look nice.

Looking at your map I think you should move a bridge down to the lower part of town by Puddles around in there, then put the second bridge like below Muffy and Cherry then put another bridge closer to Lucy's house. She just seems out of the way. You'd have to destroy the bench by Muffy's house in order to do that though. I just think that bridge set up will make your town easier to maneuver.

So the area next to Marcie freaked me out for a sec I thought it was a texture glitch, but it's just the black path. XD

I won't review houses just cause you have someone still in a tent and things still look like they're a work in progress. I have an alt like that so it's cool.

Overall if you could clean up the excess stuff, even if you just move it to the beach that would be better and dig up anything around town. If you don't want pitfalls or fossils to spawn bury fossils behind people's houses (make sure you hide all 4) and pitfalls in some corner of town no one goes to like by Lucy's house. That way they won't spawn around town anymore. If it's just stuff you buried well dig it up. I know storage is an issue, but using the beach to drop excess will help clean up a lot. I don't know of many people who judge your beach and if they do that's just excessive. Hope this was helpful!
