he's my buddy, and i have been trying this whole time t get him to move in, but he won't 
as i've seen people take villagers on here, i'm assuming its possible and its the same method as new leaf?
so if anyone has him, let me know! i can pay in DIY cards, another villager of mine (rocket, beardo, willow, or al) fruit (i have peaches, oranges and coconuts), or tbt, but the system is currently down still
