Pokémon Looking for a rival

Hello I was just wondering if any one would like to become my rival I am hoping to get back into playing Pokemon and was hoping to find some one who would like to become my rival and that would help me to become a good Pokemon trainer.

Also I was wondering if any one here fallows the rules on smogon by any chance ?.
