Locked into a villager

I've been reading about people being locked into certain villager type when plot resetting

my town has 8 villagers now, and I don't have a lazy or a normal.
My lazy moved out first, and then my normal. Does that mean I'm locked into both of those? Or just lazy?

I lost my snooty and smug and I had a lazy randomly move in. Probably because it was a StreetPassed villager forced onto me
