Lobster advice

I am in the process of collecting stuff before the Thanksgiving event and wondered if anyone had any advice about catching lobsters. I have been diving for the last few days and no luck yet. I see lobsters are ocean/all year/all day. Are there more in your town or the Island? Is there any special time of day or night you have had better luck? Thank in advance.

I usually get them in the evening or late afternoon in my town. I can't say I've gotten many at the islands, atleast not enough to remember.

It's technically easier on the island as there is less diving creatures as opposed to your town in November.
There aren't any time-specific diving creatures on the island, so you catches will be the same all day.
