I'm pretty sure is is original, though his shirt may not be. I know his house is original because I never talked to him and he never bought furniture from retail. Your bid is the highest right now, I'll let you know if someone beets you or if you can pick him up

Good enough for me! Shirts and catchphrases can be changed easily, but the design choices I've unwittingly inflicted on my poor unsuspecting villagers may never be repaired.

Sure, bells too. They grow on trees, right? Stick something dumb in Re-Tail and put it up for max price to make things less cluttery.
