lighthouse and windmill?

Ok i have the lighthouse for my town and i was wondering if you could get the windmill for your town if you already have the lighthouse. Yes i do have enough for windmill and i want it very bad. Please tell me if i can.

For the last time: NO, you CAN NOT have both if you hack! This is completely impossible and everyone who says they have both are lying.
The reason why you can't have both is because the windmill/lighthouse is not the list of things you can put in your town. I think you can move it around in your town, though. Not sure, I don't have the windmill yet.
