Life on Fáiltecasa!

Last you saw Bren, he was mayor of Lyleston (New Leaf). While he keeps a summer home in Lyleston, he now spends most of his days with his new friends in Fáiltecasa, a town name meaning 'welcome home.'

The town was founded in November 2021, with villagers Axel and Ursala.

Here are some highlights from our first year together!

Today in Fáiltecasa we started the day with Gala, looking at the holiday display and seeing what could be added by Christmas. Today we added a huge green ornament, an illuminated present, a few more trees and several holly bushes!

I then stopped by Hamphrey to say goodbye, as today is his last day in town. Hamphrey is tired on the snow, and is ready to live somewhere where it's warm all year long. Hamphrey is the first villager to leave town since October...but we're excited for a new friend to come soon!

Mathilda taught me how to make an illuminated present today! We made one and added it to our town lights display.

Finally, we had a visitor at the campsite - Pietro! We said hello, but he will be out of town tomorrow!

On Tuesday, Octavion, Ozzie and myself started the day with some play at Town Square. They sure do love running around!

Beardo helped me learn how to make an illuminated tree! I was very thankful, since I've been wondering how to make one for more than a year now!

During the day, I met three faraway friends, one who will join us on Fáiltecasa tomorrow!

At night, Fuschia and I did some relaxing pond fishing!

This morning, our new friend Rolf moved into town!

After saying hello to our new friend, Axel and Clyde helped me pick out some new boots from Kicks! Axel and I really love the new illuminated tree in the neighborhood, too!
