Buying LF: Someone to draw me some art

Well, there are a few things I am wanting. (These will be printed out and hung up in my room, so I really want them to be good.)

1.) The first picture I would like is my character, seen here: to be sitting on a throne, surrounded by my favorite villagers, Shep, Benjamin, Chief, Julian, Portia, Willow, Lobo, Sally, Lucky, & Ricky.

2.) Secondly, I would like a picture of my mayor holding hands with human forms of Shep & Benjamin on either side of me. As well as human forms of Chief & Julian incorporated somehow. My vision is the trio is walking in the front, smiling and laughing, and Julian and Chief are walking behind.

I'll pay for this art, of course (In bells or in game items). Let me know how much you'd want and link me to some of your artwork, so I can get a feel for what your art looks like.

Well, your art is really well done, and I'd like for it to be large enough that I could put it in a frame and such. So I'd need it to be a little larger than an icon. Would 100k be alright for you? And by references, what do you mean? Do you need more photos? I can also try to locate the QR pattern of the dress on Tumblr if that helps.
