This Re-Tail Premium is only going to get you 60,000 Bells more per Royal Crown...

I believe Re-Tail would have to have their Premium set at "Headwear" Don't recall them doing it for separate hats, I could be wrong though.

I've seen Re-Tail have Crowns, Zap Helmets, and so on as their premium.

Anyways, I'll check my premium, but you need to be very fast, as I have to go soon. (If it's headgear, that is.)
