If you're not against Time Traveling, you'll have to TT a day ahead at a time and talk to everyone in the town once. If someone is wanting to move out, they'll be walking around with a thinking bubble above their head. You would do that until Raymond does that and he would have boxes in his house!

You'll also need to do that with any villagers you don't want in your town so we can move in whoever you wanted from me into your town.
