Buying LF people who'd hold some items for me so I can reset (would pay)

I really, really want to reset. But what's been keeping me from doing so are the facts that expansive catalog islands are extremely hard to come by, and that I already spent quite a bit of TBT here trying to get a lot of the items I currently have.
So in short, I'm hoping to find some users here that would allow me to load off some of my more valuable items (to me) for picking up after I've resetted. I have quite a bit of stuff even after trimming the list, so I'd be fully okay with loading things off to multiple people.

I know most have their islands finished and marginal space left, but I hope I can at least find someone lol. I'd pay in whatever you'd like, be it TBT, items, IGB or other. Just name how much and what exactly you'd want

Here's what I'd want to park:

Roughly 20 black streetlamps that I know I won't be able to get back (I plan to reset for a specific airport color that comes with a different streetlamp)
Around 10 other Nook Mile variants
Around 15 unorderables that I spent way too long on to grind
Around 5 pieces of already crafted DIY furniture
Around 10 orderable furniture pieces (I can also leave them for you and only come to catalog)
one of each: gold roses, blue roses green mums
one of each fruit

I feel like that's asking a lot, but let's see if anyone is willing to hold some of these. Even just holding a little would be a huge help to me! Thank you in advance

Overall, that's really not much (70ish slots)! My island is flat and blank, serving as a catalog island right now. I'm happy to host your items for free (though I am saving tbt for the house collectibles) and help you get back on your feet with Fossils, diys, etc. I play on GMT-6 central time, if that works for you. I realize you have other offers, ofc.

They successfully restarted and I even took pictures of their hybrids cloning while they reset:


Apparently my island is crazy fertile. I destroyed what I thought was all the roses and a blue rose grew from two red roses hidden behind my Nook Shop.
