Buying [LF] Patchwork Coat in brown

I have no idea what this item is worth, or if it's rare, or if I just have terrible luck. In my original save file which I reset after five days in, I got one by shooting down a balloon and really liked how it looked on my character. In my next save file I assumed it would show up eventually, but it's been over a month and no luck!! It's starting to drive me crazy.

If you have one just name your price, I have igb, nmt, all hybrids except blue rose, am able to craft all items from the ironwood set and all items from the bamboo set... I just want this nightmare to end
