I would've loved to get an afternoon-tea set, but duping is against the rules of the forums.
Sorry to say that, but I guess somebody would have told you anyway.

Saplings and bush starts are kind of easy to get, though.

Yeah, it's a bit difficult to find, the info is hiding in the guidelines sticky.

I just checked the depot in my second town and I can give you two of every kind if you're interested.
