Trading LF; Merengue

I had Merengue as a starter villager but do to some unfortunate circumstances I had to restart my town. Now she is the last villager I need to complete my dream town! I would rather not spend a trillion bells on her but I know she goes for a very high price. Any help finding a place to get her would be appreciated. To trade I have Skye who I got in a cycling thread but she moved into the worst possible place
