As far as I'm aware, ACNH does not have Marine Pop Floor. At least, not yet maybe?

The Marine Pop Flooring does exist! It's actually sold in my Nook's shop today if you want to stop by. Not sure if it's different from the fishing tourney one as I never got it from the tourney.

Huh. Oh, wait, no - it does exist, but I don't think it's a prize from the fishing tourney.

I got up to 300 points in the Fishing Tourney, and it seemed to give me 1 of every item before doing repeats, and I didn't get the Flooring. But yeah, you are right, it does exist. (hell it's in my catalogue...)
