Visits in another town will not be benefitical to getting your pwp unlocked if that's the plan here. She'll really only help cure back luck if told in another town. Nothing else.

Visiting Katrina in someone else's town to have your own fortune told does contribute to your count to unlocking the PWP. The count increases each time someone from your own town has their fortune told. >.>

Not according to the sticky if you read farther down. Other sites have also been wrong on this. I've tested the strategy of the sticky myself and it works.
