Looking for Katarina so i can get her public project.Anyone have her??

Katrina's a unique special visitor. Her method of obtaining the shop is different than what you can get from other special visitors (besides Saharah who only makes over your town's house(s) wall(s) and floor(s)).
With Katrina, she only focuses on your town and the people living in it. Visiting and visitors will never count. It has to work her way.
