This DIY seems to be impossible for me to get, either I'm too late to people selling/trading it or I can't find the dang thing. If anyone has a spare, that they'd like to trade for something, IGBs, NMT (don't have many NM left, so can't do too many), items I have that you don't or my soul, then let me know
