I don't have any of the special stationary, but was wondering, how do you get it? Does it appear in the Lost and Found, or can you buy it from the store?

There are 5 of them & you can't buy or reorder them. They are the museum, gallery, snowman, post office and Halloween paper. I believe the only way to receive them is by getting them randomly in the mail as gifts from one of your villagers.

Correct. So far as I experienced it's been always either Normal or Cranky villagers who gave me these stationary, and I never sent any letter to them from my end...

Yes, it was Halloween and Gallery.
But my price for them isn't cheap since I don't use cheats other than time traveling. There are a few people in here who sells them in amazing cheap rice. Let me know if you're still interested.
