Buying [Lending] Can anyone lend me a golden axe?

Hello there!

I just recently got back into ACNL and have started a new game. I've always wanted to try "villager plotting" and influence where their house goes.

To make a long story short, I need an axe to cut down all my trees. As I've just started though, I do not have the flower shop. Nor do I have the bells to actually buy one off anyone, which is why I would just like to borrow one to cut down my trees and then return it.
