Learn from my turnip mistakes, everyone

Two weeks in a row now I have been way too eager with the time travelling and have ended up throwing more than 1mil bells down the drain each time. Don't be me.
I'm an all or nothing kind of person too, which is not the best when i end up rotting all my turnips every week

I've never really invested in turnips. During new leaf i never bothered, but I'm trying to up my bells quickly in NH and so I'm trying my best to learn. Obviously...didn't go too well.

Some tips for those who aren't super familiar with turnips that ive learned if you're looking to TT with turnips but you don't know how to stay safe while doing it:
TTing with turnips is indeed possible, but you've got to be very careful while doing it. Everyone knows not to time travel to the next sunday or the sunday before, but you also can't time travel backwards AT ALL. This is something I didn't even know about and I don't know if that's really me being an absolute idiot or if people actually don't know that lol
Another tip is to use this website if you plan on selling on your own island. I discovered it this week and I've heard its super helpful, although didn't get a good chance to use it for obvious reasons

I'm interested to hear what people think though. How good are you with turnips, or have you made as big of a mistake as I have?
Feel free to correct me or inform me on anything I may have gotten wrong!

Edit: This offer expired. I'm going to terraform my island some more now and TT so my turnip prices are done.

No problem! It would be a hassle for me to TT to buy more turnips anyway, but thank you so much for the offer!
Its probably best for me to suffer and learn from my mistakes anyway lol, i need to be more careful

Yesterday, I flushed 500k down the drain because I totally forgot that TTing backwards rot your turnips when I went back an hour to check if my prices fell or dropped.

...Then I almost lost ANOTHER 500k after I bought more turnips and had crappy prices all week, so I scrambled to some turnip selling board and waiting 7 hours in a queue to sell my turnips for 599 a pop.

I learned a lot about turnips during that entire timespan... but boy, was it kind of terrifying, might not mess with turnips for while after that debacle-

...i did get ants and flies out of my rotting turnips though, and their displays as furnitures are hilarious

Today is my fist day buying turnips since I played new horizons.

I made 300k in bells within 4 days since I started playing new horizon with fish so far
And farmed 500 fishes (new challenge 1500 to go)

New horizon gets pretty boring once you farmed every rock minerals,tree barks and nook mile challanges
