Depends what this team is for. Is it for competitive or just in game? If competitive what format (eg. doubles, singles,...)? I think people can help more with this information.

Edited, thank you :3

I don't think you are going to get very far with a team of what seems to be sweepers? You are going to need to add some stallers/walls (gliscor, ferrothorn, mandibuzz, etc). Flygon doesn't need hyper beam because it's a physical attacker. Putting a non STAB move that causes it to recharge would be crippling. You should also switch earth power with earthquake since flygon has a higher attack. Same thing with Chandelure's payback, a physical non STAB move does not work well with a Chandelure who has a better special attack. Your milotic does not need both waterfall and surf. Get rid of waterfall since it is better in special attack. Gardevoir could mega evolve and use hyper voice (or hyper beam as a last resort) along with its ability pixelate. What are the EVs you put on your pokemon? You should also have some stat buffs and recovery moves.

^ a stall pokemon like toxic heal glisgor with a toxic orb would work well
ninetails should also learn will-o-wisp. i also don't see a need to have two fire types on your team, get rid of one of them.
