No this is not free MP3's. You have to buy your songs off Amazon but this is just a program you can listen to free music. This program searches through your computer and sees what music you had listen to. So if you have iTunes or whatever it would look through their and if you like the songs you can transfer them over. So for a example if I searched up Greenday or whatever in the program it would give me greenday and after that give me other bands that have the same genre and you can listen to them and if you dislike you can skip it.
