Buying Landscaping Kit

Hi! I was wondering if I could buy a sort of Landscaping Kit, basically having:

• a silver axe
• 20+ bush starters
• a bunch of flowers

I'm not sure what the price would be, really, but I guess it would be really expensive. If anybody could offer what the price would be that would be great thanks!
