KK card vs DJ KK card?

Do these both go toward the same home/character? The same goes for multiple Isabelle and Digby cards. Thanks!

They're the same. The only difference is it changes the default outfit the character is wearing.

I don't believe it counts for another character space, but it just has him a different outfit, same house and everything when you call it. Also all of the "families" share houses like Kapp'n, Leilani, Leila, and Grams all share a house. Timmy and Tommy share a house. Reese and Cyrus share a house. So they'll only prompt re-builds when you scan them.

Also i have a K.K. amiibo he works to unlock the house too

I got a K.K. Slider Amiibo figure for my birthday, and it worked when I scanned it on my NFC.
