When someone says they are going to move you should travel to the exact day they'll be in boxes. If you don't, they can change their mind. She probably changed her mind and now Kid Kat wants to move instead.

That's so annoying! I don't mind that kid Kat is moving, I collected all of my cats pictures so I'm okay with letting go of my completely cat town now, but if it was Skye or Ahnka I would've been so annoyed
