Does this look credible to you?

The concept art looks horrible compared to the awesome Brawl version. Also, if this is true, it would be a much more mature storyline than the average Nintendo game.

It's real. But the concept art is extremely early and wasn't even sent to Nintendo. This is the stuff that devs in outside studios (I'm thinking Factor 5, though I may be wrong) randomly draw before leaving work. At least as far as I'm concerned...

I understand that Kid Icarus was completely unknown when it first released, then turned into a cult classic (much like Earthbound), but honestly... Nintendo needs to develop new series instead of just milking all of their past success. The games never reach levels of sheer genius like the originals. :\

What Bul said. This is by no means official art or any representation of what the game will be like, but Kid Icarus is coming to Wii.

If Factor 5 is actually making it, It's going to be good. Rogue Squadron was amazing.


I like the idea of the game being darker, Nintendo doesn't have enough dark titles...

I dunno, the idea of an "adult Pit" seems... Weird. Maybe a teenage Pit that commited a crime, but "Adult Icarus Wii" doesn't sound like a good game to me.

If the name of the game is KID Icarus, he should be a kid. He looks pretty old in that concept art. But like people have said, this is extremely early.

I'm surprised to see Factor 5 making something that doesn't involved dogfighting of some kind. But again, it is extremely early.
