Hello, I'm working on a travel themed room and Katie has not visited my town for a while, so I'm willing to buy items exclusive from her! I'll buy a sketch book for 350k or higher, whichever price we can agree to. I'm also willing to trade Katie's pic for one of those items!

I would also like to buy a cool globe for an affordable price, and since I don't time travel, I'd probably buy it for a higher price.
