Selling Kabuki ready to move! Near original (missing hearth and shirt)

Kabuki comes from my weeding town( working on mine and my daughters weeding badges) so he hasn't been interacted with much. I just checked his house and the only thing missing is the Hearth with the fish over it and he has changed his shirt.
I'm hoping to get 40 tbt for him so I can start looking for my daughters dream villagers! His move out date is in 3 days but I can get him into boxes as soon as you are ready for him!

One of the reasons I got the weeding town, if we ever got any decent villagers when we were playing. Not much so far as you can see by the amount of my posts and bells and my join date.
